I have to credit the creative talent of Africa for this wonderful design. It represents a fabric line called Le Bassam de Woodin, a series of geometric patterns often found in African designs from the Ivory Coast and Ghana. Though many geometric symbols in African patterns in the past were often used to symbolize special significance, such as for hunters, dancers and rituals, Le Bassam de Woodin fabrics capture the pure ethnicity of innovative designs out of Africa. I especially love the diagonal focus in this particular design.
