Shipment: All of the original paintings listed for sale on the site are in stock here in my studio. Small unframed paintings on paper will be shipped flat, and larger paintings on paper will be shipped in a tube within 3-5 days. Framed and canvas paintings will require thorough packing and will be shipped in 7-14 days. Very large paintings will ship in 10-14 days. Depending on local availability for proper boxes, I sometimes have to order them online and wait for their arrival.

Note: If you do not see the original painting listed for sale, the original has been sold and only prints are available.

About Framing: I do not offer any framing services. All framed paintings will be sold and shipped with the frames unless you specify otherwise. You will have the option to re-frame the painting if the frame does not suit your taste or decor. Please note that the prices set for framed paintings include the frame so there is no price reduction if you choose to purchase without the frame.

RETURN POLICY: There are No Returns, No Refunds, Only Credit for original paintings. You can return a painting for whatever reason, but you will be issued credit towards another purchase. So please take your time and choose your painting carefully. A refund will only be issued if a painting arrives damaged. If a framed painting arrives with damage to the frame only, you will receive an insurance refund to cover the cost of the frame. In the event of damage to the painting or frame, please save all the packing materials and contact me immediately. The carrier will need to come inspect the packing materials before an insurance claim can be filed. Refunds will be issued upon the completion of the insurance claim.

Giclée Prints

 Giclée prints are the perfect substitute for the more expensive original art paintings. You are still purchasing a high quality work by an original artist. Our giclée prints are produced in Santa Fe, New Mexico by Orion Studios with have an impeccable reputation for producing the finest prints west of the Mississippi. Whether you are looking to buy prints for your home, office or as a gift, we can assure that once your print graces the wall, neither you nor the viewer will be able to tell the difference between your print and the original.

Most all of the paintings on this site are available as a giclée print on either paper or canvas. The price is the same for both. I am offering limited editions of sixty-five for each image, hand-signed and numbered with many sizes available. Please note that depending upon the image you choose, my printer sometimes has to adjust the size to scale in relationship to the size of the original painting. This means, depending upon the size of the original painting, if you order a 14″x 20″ print, you may end up with a 15″x 22″ print. If you are in need of an exact size, please contact me as to which print you desire so that I may check with my printer to assure you get the print size you want.

All the prints are protected with a sealant. I recommend that you do NOT hang your print in direct sunlight. A few hours of early morning or late afternoon sun is fine, but not direct sun all day.

Shipment: All of the giclée canvas prints are rolled and arrive to you in a tube. The smaller sizes on paper will arrive flat and the larger sizes in a tube. Delivery time is 7-14 days depending upon how busy my printer might be at the time.

Payment: You can easily order and pay via PayPal on this site. You do not need a PayPal account to use it, just a credit card. PayPal Orders: When ordering your Giclée print, please watch for the “Special instructions to merchant” link on PayPal and use it to indicate whether you would like your print made on canvas or paper. (If you don’t specify anything, it will be printed on paper.)
