I must make the journey, again, into the icy realm of pain. I travel down into the crystal cave, into the womb of Mother Earth. I am alone on this ride with no guide. But I am not alone with my broken heart. I have found broken hearts everywhere through all time. I must find the courage and the grace to heal my own heart. For in doing so, the luminous green rays of healing will help heal all the broken hearts. I am not alone in my suffering. I am one with the joy and sorrow of all hearts.
