Mango

Acrylic on paper, 22″x 30″

A perfectly shaped, big Mango tree came with my purchase of the farm. This marvelous tree welcomed me with about 40 big mangoes, so unpacking was delayed as I took to the kitchen to freeze them, make jam and explore mango recipes. The second year the harvest was smaller, and the third year brought no mangoes. It was then I learned that a good pruning of this big old tree would assist it in bearing fruit again. The following year it gifted me with over 80 mangoes and I found myself in mango heaven.

This painting is framed in brown wood, and can be shipped with or without the frame.
