There is a beautiful, serene beach on the coast near me called Golden Sands. One day a friend and I were at this nearly empty beach enjoying a swim in the sea and a nice picnic. A distant storm was approaching from the north, and the colors and the light were simply mesmerizing. We continued to sit there watching this dramatic scene until the storm and rain arrived, and then made a mad dash to the car. It was so worth getting drenched.
