Thanksgiving Field

Acrylic on paper, 18″x24″

It was a tradition on Thanksgiving day to take a long walk in the country before we sat down to stuff ourselves. This day was crisp and clear. The mountain was a brilliant, cobalt blue while the now bare trees cast purple glows. And the field, this Thanksgiving field, was still displaying the electric greens of summer amidst the burnt siennas and browns that would soon overtake them.

Unframed.
