An Appalachian spring brings the beautiful blossoms of the redbud trees. The color of the blooms in the day time is a soft violet with hints of rose, but the evening redbud comes with deep shades of purple and fuchsia. It is an exquisite setting against the deep green rolling hills, a deep blue mountain and the colors of a sunset sky.
